SRX1616864: RNA-seq of Alligator mississippiensis: juvenile spinal cord
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx) run: 2.9M spots, 556.2M bases, 331.3Mb downloads

Submitted by: University of California, Santa Cruz
Study: Alligator mississippiensis Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The American alligator is one of three crocodilian genomes currently being assembled by the International Crocodilian Genomes Working Group. The American alligator's genome, along with the other two crocodilians being sequenced, will provide valuable information about the evolution of archosaurs and amniotes.
